Ruairi holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is a State Registered Building Surveyor. His professional affiliations include membership in the Chartered Association of Building Engineers and holds Chartered member status, the Institute of Fire Engineers (AIFireE), and is also and Associate member of both the RICS and SCSI
